Membership-Based Therapy Services

In partnership with our friends at Reclaimed Counseling + Wellness, we are proud to offer membership-based therapy services. Our patients have the option to pay an additional monthly fee of $80 for enhanced access* to therapy services. 

Therapy can be expensive. Better Help costs $70-100 per week. Reclaimed Counseling + Wellness offers an unprecedented value to our patients for mental health therapy services. 

*No more than 1 visit/week, unless in crisis

As a counseling intern and current graduate student at Grand View University, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel truly heard. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I believe in walking alongside my clients with empathy, respect, and authenticity—always honoring their strengths and experiences.

I have a special interest in working with women who are pregnant or navigating life with young families, as well as young adults managing the transitions and pressures of early adulthood. My background includes hands-on experience supporting individuals through these stages of life, and I bring a calm, grounding presence to each session.

Whether you're adjusting to new roles, facing emotional overwhelm, or simply needing a place to exhale, my goal is for you to leave our time together feeling like the weight on your chest has been lifted."
