We offer weight loss and hormone management medically managed by our providers.
In addition to the medication, we discuss/counsel on additional ways to achieve lifestyle changes that provide longer-lasting benefits to your health – and your weight!

Pre-Employment Physicals
We work with private and public employers who require pre-employment physicals. Our exams can include range of motion testing, grip strength, weights and physical fitness testing.
DOT Physicals for Licensed Driveres
Whether you’re a commercial driver maintaining your medical certification or a new CDL applicant, Cornerstone Family Medicine has you covered. Our certified medical examiner at our Mexico location provides fast, convenient DOT physicals.
- Cost: $75 for members, $150 for non-members
